Cancellation & Refund Policy

Layover in Abu Dhabi is a brand of Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC (Commercial Licence No. 1463944).

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time: full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund.
• No-shows are not refunded.
• Changes to the date, time or tour length are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. A longer tour or more travellers is charged at the price difference.
• If we have to cancel (for example because of severe weather or for safety), you get a full refund or a new date.
• If your inbound flight is cancelled or diverted, tell us as soon as possible and we will move or refund your tour.

How to cancel

Email book@layoverinabudhabi.com or WhatsApp +971 50 826 9272 with your name and booking date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
